a quick 12 minutes

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
5 Deadlifts
10 GHD Sit Ups
15 Squats

Used 155 for DL. Completed 6 rounds + 3 DL. Had to wait quite a bit in between rounds for the GHD since there are only 5. Good, quick one though.

Headed off to the South Central Regionals in Ft. Worth. Woohoo.
