Thrusters...probably the move in Crossfit I hate the most. I pretty much hated this workout from start to finish. I spent way too much time staring at the bar.
15 minute time limit and I completed 5 of the 6 thrusters for the '6' round.
Tomorrow's another workout. Hopefully one I don't totally hate. : )
