I have spent the last 9 hours unpacking and am starting to make good progress.
I got up at 0700 to get a workout in. CF Central coaches are off this week (with a few exceptions) so I did a CF Football workout in my apartment gym. The apartment gym is kinda lame but I was able to work with some things.
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 15 min:
5 1 Arm DB Thrusters Right (30#)
5 1 Arm DB Thrusters Left (30#)
7 Push Ups
9 Box Jumps (24") Had to jump on an 18" bench
7 rounds + 8 DB Thrusters
